When Green Valley Hospital emerged from bankruptcy after 18 months, Kaneen partnered with the new management company team to create and implement a strategic communications plan.
A new mark reflects the mountains surrounding the Santa Cruz Valley, a wider customer base for this growing full-service acute care facility. The mark translates easily to signs, eblasts, physician profile cards, patient materials, digital and print ads, banners and more.
The new mark and clean look are on physician profile cards, patient discharge folder, privacy statements, campus maps, internal signage and a series of brochures that highlight patient services.

We pushed the Hospital’s GoDaddy website platform to the max with more images and downloads, new physician profiles, and updated content. Regular eblasts average an open rate of more than 50%.
Print ads complement digital outreach and earned media, targeting the diverse audience a short drive from the hospital: Green Valley, Sahuarita, Nogales, Rio Rico, Tubac, Amado and Sonoita.

Behind-the-scenes, Kaneen helped to plan and coordinate two successful Hospital open houses, provider and public tours, and physician lectures. Kaneen associates, working with photographer Martha Lochert, directed on-site photo shoots, creating an extensive image bank.
