Rick, a native Tucsonan, has 28 years of experience in communications and public relations and throughout the years has developed excellent relationships with local and regional news media, elected officials, and government agencies. He has developed, produced, and implemented numerous strategic communication plans and programs for public agencies. Rick has a long track record of working with agency staffs, citizens committee, and stakeholder groups to develop and implement these public involvement and public education programs.
